Dashboard Overview
Your main dashboard gives a clear overview of your affiliate activity. Here you’ll find:
Total Referrals – Number of bookings made using your link
Paid Referrals – Bookings you’ve been paid commission for
Unpaid Referrals – Confirmed bookings not yet withdrawn
Total Withdrawals – Commissions you’ve already received
Available Balance – Commission ready to be withdrawn or converted
Earnings Overview – A 30-day snapshot of your referral clicks and conversions
Monthly Summary – A breakdown of referral count, earnings, and conversion rate
If your payout method hasn’t been set, you’ll see a reminder prompt at the top. Completing this step is required before your earnings can be processed.
Profile Setup
Located under the Profile tab, this is where you manage your personal and business information.
Edit Your Account
Complete or update:
Name, Email, Address, Phone Number
Type of Business or Role
Website (optional)
Marketing Channels (social, email, direct, etc.)
Additional notes about how you plan to promote
Payout Details
Choose how you wish to receive your commission:
Direct Bank Deposit
PayPal (Other methods may be added in future)
Affiliate Slug
Create a custom alias to personalise your referral link (e.g. croosr.com/?ref=bristolteam). You can change it anytime.
Change Password
Update your login credentials securely.
Marketing Tools
The Marketing section provides everything you need to share your affiliate link effectively.
Affiliate Links
This is your core tool:
Copy your default affiliate link or create custom versions
Download a QR code to print or share
Use the Affiliate Link Generator to link to specific pages (e.g. Wedding Transfers, Day Tours)
Campaigns
Segment your efforts by campaign — useful if promoting in multiple places. Create unique slugs (e.g. socialmay24) to track how different strategies perform.
Creatives
Browse a gallery of banners and marketing materials. Each banner includes:
Preview Image
Embed code for websites
Tracking URL with your affiliate code
Referrals
The Referrals section shows all the bookings that came through your links. You’ll be able to:
View booking dates and values
See whether they’ve been paid or remain pending
Monitor how much commission you’ve earned per referral
Payments
The Payments tab is where you manage and view the withdrawal of your affiliate commissions. Once you’ve earned commission from confirmed referrals, you can request a payout from this section.
What You’ll See:
Payment Statuses:
Completed – Funds successfully paid out
Pending – Payment request submitted, awaiting processing
Cancelled – Withdrawals that were declined or cancelled
Withdrawal Method:
Shows the method used for each payment (e.g. Bank Transfer, PayPal) as previously set in your Payout Details under the Profile tab.Amount & Date:
Displays how much was paid out and when.
Important Notes:
You must have reached the minimum withdrawal amount (if set) to initiate a payout.
Make sure your payout method is correctly configured before requesting payment.
Payment processing times may vary depending on the method used.
💡 Tip: If you’d prefer to use your earnings as credit for future bookings, head to the Wallet tab instead and convert your balance into a Croosr service coupon.
Wallet
Your Wallet allows you to convert commissions into credits — ideal for frequent users of Croosr.
Available Wallet Credit – Total value already converted and usable
Available Deposit – Earnings you can choose to convert into credit
How it works:
You can choose to withdraw commissions via your chosen payout method
Or, deposit a value into your wallet and receive a coupon code for use on a future booking
Reports
The Reports tab gives a complete overview of your affiliate performance:
Traffic Log – See how many times your links have been clicked and how many bookings were completed
Campaign Reports – Once campaigns are set, view their conversion stats here
Referrals History – A running history of your commission activity
Main Reports – View total paid earnings and account achievements
