How can I book or request a quote from Croosr?
You can use our Book Now system for immediate reservations (available for journeys at least 12 hours in advance). If you need a booking sooner or prefer a personal touch, feel free to request a quote, email, call, or send us a WhatsApp message. We’ll do our best to respond promptly and accommodate your travel needs.
Will I see an instant price for my journey?
Yes—our Book Now system provides instant pricing for straightforward bookings. For quote requests, emails, calls, or WhatsApp enquiries, our team will confirm the details and send you a tailored quote as quickly as possible.
What information do I need to provide for an accurate quote?

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. For complete details, please see our Terms & Conditions, but in brief:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up may qualify for a full or partial refund. We’ll only deduct minimal fees if necessary (e.g. payment processing costs).
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up time are typically non-refundable.
We always aim to handle cancellations and refunds in a fair, transparent manner.
What if my flight arrives early or is delayed?
We continuously monitor flight schedules to adjust your pick-up time, allowing us to arrive when you do. From your actual landing time, we provide a 1-hour free waiting period. If any delays exceed this grace period and our chauffeur can accommodate, additional waiting fees may apply (see our Terms & Conditions for a detailed breakdown).
Are tolls, parking fees, and waiting charges included in my quote?
All known tolls and standard parking fees are included in the initial quote or the price shown in our Book Now system. However, if your journey changes (e.g. extra stops or extensive delays) or additional waiting becomes necessary beyond the free waiting period, further charges may apply.
Can I choose a specific vehicle from your fleet?
Absolutely. We offer an extensive range of executive vehicles, from luxury saloons and estates to MPVs, minibuses, and coaches—suitable for both small groups and large parties. Let us know your preference when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes—we can supply baby and child seats free of charge. Simply let us know the child’s age or weight in advance so we can provide the right seat for maximum comfort and safety.
Is Wi-Fi available in your vehicles?
Yes—Wi-Fi is available on request in our vehicles. If you need a mobile internet connection during your journey, just let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to ensure it’s provided.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit or debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. For new customers paying in cash, we require a 20% deposit to confirm the booking. We use trusted payment processors like PayPal and Stripe for card transactions, so we never store your payment details ourselves.

Yes. All Croosr chauffeurs hold the necessary licences, pass enhanced background checks, and are fully insured. We take safety seriously, so you can relax knowing you’re in professional hands every step of the way.
